Having very mixed emotions while writing this. About an hour ago at small club, The Wiltern Theater in Los Angeles, California, ended era of the most magnificent live performances probably ever made. Nine Inch Nails‘s last show of Wave Goodbye tour took place there today and according to several forums the atmosphere has been intense, incredible, epic, etc etc.

At the same time this means that my 6th and probably last NIN show happened at Milan this summer. All those six shows has been overwhelming unique experiences, including long and short distance traveling, meeting great people, seeing awesome opening acts (Ladytron, Serena Maneesh, The Mars Volta, Korn, QOTSA…), long car drives, spending ridiculous amounts of $ to plane ticks, having friends around the globe, having good times before and after show…so much great memories. Every gig has meant to me more than I can express myself now without sounding cliché. I Never forget the feelings and excitement minutes before the first song of the set. I never forget the empty, tired but happy feelings after the last song.

But to all fellow Nails fans, there’s no need for depression. Nevertheless worldwide, long tours are now probably over the story of the band continues. As mr. Reznor says “My best work is yet to become”
